We're NaaS Labs, a small team building tools we actually want to use. This website is currently in early development, and we're being transparent about what data we collect and why.

This privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

This website and the platform we are building are intended for network infrastructure providers, telecommunications operators, and enterprise organizations, not individual consumers.

What Information We Collect

Email Addresses and Contact Form Submissions

We collect information in two ways:

Updates List: When you join our updates list, we collect your email address. We use it to:

• Send you updates when we make progress on the platform
• Let you know when we launch early access
• Occasionally share relevant news about what we're building

Contact Form: When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. This is sent directly to us via Resend's email service and is not stored in any mailing list or used for marketing purposes. We use this to:

• Respond to your inquiry
• Improve our service based on your feedback

Website Usage Data

Like most websites, we collect basic analytics to understand how people use our site, including which pages are visited and how long people stay. We use this to improve the site and fix issues. This includes:

• Your IP address, which we use to understand the geographic distribution of interest in our platform. This helps us prioritize which markets and regions to focus on as we grow.
• Browser type and device info
• Pages you visit and how long you spend on them

How We Use Your Information

Simply put: we use your email to keep you updated on our progress, and we use analytics data to make our website better. That's the extent of it.

We don't:

• Sell your email address to anyone (never have, never will)
• Share your data with third parties for marketing
• Send you spam or unrelated content
• Use your data for anything beyond what we've told you

Your email address will never be used to create a platform account on your behalf. If and when you choose to create an account on the NaaS Labs platform, that requires a separate signup process with its own terms and consent.

Who We Share Your Data With

Resend (Email Service Provider)

We use Resend to handle our email list and contact form submissions. When you submit your email address or use our contact form, the information is transmitted securely through Resend's email delivery service. Resend does not use your data for their own marketing purposes. Contact form messages are not stored in Resend's platform—they are delivered directly to us as emails. Infrastructure Providers

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and we use some basic analytics tools. These services collect the usage data mentioned above. We choose providers who respect privacy.

Legal Requirements

If we're legally required to provide information (like a valid court order), we'll comply. But that's not something we expect to encounter.

How We Protect Your Data

We take reasonable security measures to protect your information:

• Email addresses are stored securely by Resend
• We use HTTPS for all data transmission
• We access your data only when needed
• We don't store data longer than necessary

That said, no system is perfectly secure. We do our best, but you should be aware of the inherent risks of sharing any information online.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Know what data we have: We collect your email address for updates, and your name, email, and message when you use our contact form.
• Correct your data: You can update your email by rejoining with a new address, or submit corrections via our contact form.
• Delete your data: Use the unsubscribe link in any email we send you. Contact form messages are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry.
• Stop receiving emails: Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

Privacy Requests

If you'd like to access, update, or delete your information beyond what's described above, please reach out via our contact page . We will respond as soon as we can. For contact form submissions, we retain your information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, after which it is deleted from our records.

European Users (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our lawful basis for processing your email address is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send you. For any GDPR-related requests, please use our contact page and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies and Tracking

We use basic cookies and local storage to make the site work properly, like remembering your theme preference (dark/light mode). We also use analytics tools that may use cookies to understand site usage.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features might not work as expected.
